Cannot view threads?

All I'm trying to do is see this thread: http://www.hc-bb-international.com/showthread.php?t=43573 but I get this message.

to see the avove-mentioned thread and get access to this forum, you need a minimum of 75 posts ( Pls. Pay attention to the green marked requirements in Forumdescriptions) ;).

If you actively participate in the community, you will have access to all forums very soon.
